Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When either man or woman shall separate [themselves] to vow a vow of a Nazarite, to separate [themselves] unto the LORD:
Spreek tot die kinders van Israel, en sê tot hulle, Wanneer ’n man of vrou ’n besondere gelofte aflê, die gelofte van ’n Nasireër, om hulle aan die HERE af te sonder:

He shall separate [himself] from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried.
Hy moet hom van wyn en sterk drank onthou, en mag geen asyn van wyn, of asyn van sterk drank drink nie, en mag geen druiwesap drink nie, en geen vars of droë druiwe eet nie.

All the days of his separation shall he eat nothing that is made of the vine tree, from the kernels even to the husk.
Al die dae van sy afsondering mag hy niks eet wat van die wingerdstok gemaak is nie, van die kerne af tot by die skil.
5
All the days of the vow of his separation there shall no rasor come upon his head: until the days be fulfilled, in the which he separateth [himself] unto the LORD, he shall be holy, [and] shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow.
Al die dae van die gelofte van sy afsondering mag geen skeermes op sy hoof kom nie: totdat die dae vervul is waarin hy hom aan die HERE afgesonder het, moet hy heilig wees, en moet die lokke van die hare van sy hoof laat groei.

All the days that he separateth [himself] unto the LORD he shall come at no dead body.
Al die dae dat hy hom aan die HERE afsonder, mag hy by geen dooie liggaam kom nie.
7
He shall not make himself unclean for his father, or for his mother, for his brother, or for his sister, when they die: because the consecration of his God [is] upon his head.
Hy mag homself nie verontreinig vir sy vader, of vir sy moeder, vir sy broer, of vir sy suster, wanneer hulle sterwe nie: omdat die afsondering van sy God op sy hoof is.

All the days of his separation he [is] holy unto the LORD.
Al die dae van sy afsondering is hy heilig aan die HERE.
9
And if any man die very suddenly by him, and he hath defiled the head of his consecration; then he shall shave his head in the day of his cleansing, on the seventh day shall he shave it.
En as enige man by hom skielik sterwe, en hy sy hoof van afsondering verontreinig; dan moet hy sy hoof skeer op die dag van sy reiniging, op die sewende dag moet hy dit skeer.
10
And on the eighth day he shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons, to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:
En op die agtste dag moet hy twee tortelduiwe, of twee jong duiwe bring by die priester, by die deur van die tabernakel van die gemeente:

And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, and make an atonement for him, for that he sinned by the dead, and shall hallow his head that same day.
En die priester moet die een tot ‚'n sondoffer offer, en die ander tot ‚'n brandoffer, en versoening vir hom maak, omdat hy gesondig het deur die dooie, en moet sy hoof op daardie dag heilig.

And he shall consecrate unto the LORD the days of his separation, and shall bring a lamb of the first year for a trespass offering: but the days that were before shall be lost, because his separation was defiled.
En hy moet die dae van sy afsondering aan die HERE toewy, en ‚'n lam van die eerste jaar tot ‚'n skuldoffer bring: maar die vorige dae moet verlore wees, omdat sy afsondering verontreinig was.
13
And this [is] the law of the Nazarite, when the days of his separation are fulfilled: he shall be brought unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:
En dit is die wet van die Nasireër, wanneer die dae van sy afsondering vervul is: hy moet by die deur van die tabernakel van die gemeente gebring word:
14
And he shall offer his offering unto the LORD, one he lamb of the first year without blemish for a burnt offering, and one ewe lamb of the first year without blemish for a sin offering, and one ram without blemish for peace offerings,
En hy moet sy offer aan die HERE offer, een lam van die eerste jaar sonder gebrek tot ‚'n brandoffer, en een ooilam van die eerste jaar sonder gebrek tot ‚'n sondoffer, en een ram sonder gebrek tot dankoffers,

And a basket of unleavened bread, cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, and wafers of unleavened bread anointed with oil, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings.
En ‚'n mandjie ongesuurde brood, koeke van fyn meel gemeng met olie, en waferkoeke van ongesuurde brood gesalf met olie, en hulle spysoffer, en hulle drankoffers.
16
And the priest shall bring [them] before the LORD, and shall offer his sin offering, and his burnt offering:
En die priester moet hulle voor die HERE bring, en sy sondoffer en sy brandoffer offer:
17
And he shall offer the ram [for] a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the LORD, with the basket of unleavened bread: the priest shall offer also his meat offering, and his drink offering.
En hy moet die ram tot ‚'n offer van dankoffers aan die HERE offer, met die mandjie ongesuurde brood: die priester moet ook sy spysoffer en sy drankoffer offer.
18
And the Nazarite shall shave the head of his separation [at] the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall take the hair of the head of his separation, and put [it] in the fire which [is] under the sacrifice of the peace offerings.
En die Nasireër moet die hoof van sy afsondering skeer by die deur van die tabernakel van die gemeente, en moet die haar van die hoof van sy afsondering neem, en dit sit op die vuur wat onder die offer van die dankoffers is.
19
And the priest shall take the sodden shoulder of the ram, and one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and shall put [them] upon the hands of the Nazarite, after [the hair of] his separation is shaven:
En die priester moet die gesode skouer van die ram neem, en een ongesuurde koek uit die mandjie, en een ongesuurde waferkoek, en dit sit op die hande van die Nasireër, nadat die haar van sy afsondering afgeskeer is:
20
And the priest shall wave them [for] a wave offering before the LORD: this [is] holy for the priest, with the wave breast and heave shoulder: and after that the Nazarite may drink wine.
En die priester moet hulle heen en weer beweeg tot ’n beweegoffer voor die HERE: dit is heilig vir die priester, saam met die beweegbors en hefboud: en daarna mag die Nasireër wyn drink.
21
This [is] the law of the Nazarite who hath vowed, [and of] his offering unto the LORD for his separation, beside [that] that his hand shall get: according to the vow which he vowed, so he must do after the law of his separation.
Dit is die wet van die Nasireër wat ’n gelofte gedoen het, en van sy offer aan die HERE vir sy afsondering, benewens dit wat sy hand kan bereik: volgens die gelofte wat hy gedoen het, so moet hy doen volgens die wet van sy afsondering.

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
En die HERE het tot Moses gespreek, en gesê,
23
Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them,
Spreek tot Aäron en tot sy seuns, en sê, So moet julle die kinders van Israel seën, en tot hulle sê,
24
The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
Die HERE seën jou, en bewaar jou:
25
The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
Die HERE laat sy aangesig oor jou skyn, en wees jou genadig:
26
The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
Die HERE verhef sy aangesig oor jou, en gee jou vrede.
27
And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.
En hulle moet my Naam op die kinders van Israel lê; en ek sal hulle seën.
