I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.
Ek sal myself wyslik gedra in ‚'n volkome weg. O wanneer sal U tot my kom? ek sal in my huis wandel met ‚'n volkome hart.

I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; [it] shall not cleave to me.
Ek sal geen boos ding voor my oë sit nie: ek haat die werk van dié wat oortree; dit sal nie aan my kleef nie.

A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked [person].
‚'n Verkeerde hart sal van my wyk: ek sal nie ‚'n goddelose persoon ken nie.

Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.
Wie sy naaste in die geheim laster, hom sal ek afsny: hom wat ’n hoë blik en ’n trots hart het, sal ek nie verdra nie.

Mine eyes [shall be] upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.
My oë sal op die getroues in die land wees, dat hulle by my mag woon: hy wat in ’n volkome weg wandel, hy sal my dien.

He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.
Hy wat bedrieëry werk, sal nie in my huis woon nie: hy wat leuens spreek, sal nie in my oë vasstaan nie.
8
I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the LORD.
Ek sal vroeg al die goddelose van die land vernietig; dat ek al die werkers van ongeregtigheid uit die stad van die HERE mag afsny.
