For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy [shalt] thou [be], and [it shall be] well with thee.
Want jy sal eet die arbeid van jou hande: gelukkig sal jy wees, en dit sal met jou goed gaan.

Thy wife [shall be] as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.
Jou vrou sal wees soos ‚'n vrugbare wingerdstok by die kante van jou huis: jou kinders soos olyfbome rondom jou tafel.

Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.
Kyk, so sal die man geseënd word wat die HERE vrees.

The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.
Die HERE sal jou uit Sion seën: en jy sal die goeie van Jérusalem sien al die dae van jou lewe.

Yea, thou shalt see thy children’s children, [and] peace upon Israel.
Ja, jy sal jou kinders se kinders sien, en vrede op Israel.
