He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.
Hy wat opreg wandel, en geregtigheid doen, en die waarheid in sy hart spreek.

[He that] backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.
Hy wat nie met sy tong kwaadpraat nie, en geen kwaad aan sy naaste doen nie, en geen smaad teen sy naaste opneem nie.

In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. [He that] sweareth to [his own] hurt, and changeth not.
In wie se oë ’n veragtelike persoon verag is; maar hy eer dié wat die HERE vrees. Hy wat sweer tot sy eie skade, en verander nie.

[He that] putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these [things] shall never be moved.
Hy wat sy geld nie op rente gee nie, en neem geen omkoop teen die onskuldige nie. Hy wat hierdie dinge doen, sal nooit beweeg word nie.
